Joint Statement: Ethanol Industry Reviewing Options After California Court Decision

(September 18, 2013) WASHINGTON — Following a decision today by the 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals Court which will allow the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to continue the implementation of the low carbon fuel standard (LCFS), the Renewable Fuels Association and Growth Energy commented:
“We are currently evaluating both the decision and the dissent. We are contemplating all legal options.”
