Registration is NOW OPEN for the 14th Annual National Ethanol Conference:  Policy & Marketing, Growing Innovation: America’s Energy Future Starts at Home, which will be held February 23-25, 2009 at the San Antonio Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. 

Registration for the conference will be accepted online ONLY.  Online registration requires payment by credit card.  To begin registration, click HERE:

Government employees or those otherwise unable to register online with a credit card may request a faxable registration form be sent to them by emailing necregistration@bbibiofuels.com.

Registration Fees:

The registration fee includes all admission to all scheduled sessions, meals and receptions, the onsite Conference Program Guide, list of attendees, RFA's Annual Industry Outlook, and the conference proceedings.  The Golf Tournament, Knibbe Ranch Networking Event, and the Spouse/Guest Program are available for an additional fee.  Detailed information on these activities can be found by clicking on the links to the left. 

Conference attendees must register for the conference before reserving a hotel room. A link to make your hotel reservation will be included in the confirmation email you’ll receive upon completing your registration.

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for a registration refund must be submitted in writing and postmarked, e-mailed or faxed to the address above. A service charge of $100.00 will be applied to registration refund requests postmarked on or before January 23, 2009.  No refunds will be granted after January 23, 2009.
